  • Position:

    Full Time (seasonal)

    End of March – beginning of November (can be flexible)

    Role Summary:

    Pontoon management

    Create daily logistics plan considering tide and bookings

    Maintain good communication between the pontoon and shop

    Manage movement of multiple boats in and out of the pontoon

    Build a relationship with other users of the pontoon to create efficient working environment

    Team Management

    Motivate team to produce high standard of cleaning and maintenance of boats, paddle boards and bikes

    Ensure quality of safety briefing with customers

    Inspire team to exceptional levels of customer service

    Boat maintenance

    Manage maintenance schedule

    Manage fuel levels

    Management team

    Support shop team when required

    Show commercial initiative and creativity

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 18 years

    Eligible to work in the UK

    Minimum Powerboat Level 2

    Hours 8.30am-5.30pm and 8.30am-6.30pm during school holidays

    At least one weekend day required

    Remuneration:

    Salary £27,000 pro rata

    Holiday allowance pro rata

  • Position:

    Part/Full Time (seasonal)

    April – October (inclusive)

    3-5 days

    Role Summary:

    Training for all aspects of the role will be provided

    Customer Service

    Offer inspirational levels of customer service

    Understand needs and wants of the customer to offer best product

    Offer clear and concise safety briefings with customers on boats, paddle boards and bikes

    Correctly supply and fit customers with life jackets

    Sales

    Comprehensive knowledge of all products available both for hire and sale

    Show commercial initiative and creativity

    Team Work

    Maintain good communication between the shop and pontoon team

    Support pontoon team when required

    Requirements:

    Eligible to work in the UK

    Hours 8.30am-5.30pm and 8.30am-6.30pm peak periods

    Part day hours available (5 hours shift)

    At least one weekend day required

    Hourly rate

  • Position:

    Shift pattern available

    May – September

    Role Summary:

    Work with team to ensure all hire products ready for customers

    Complete safety briefing with customers

    Meet and greet customers, helping them in and out of boats

    Cleaning and maintaining all hire products to a high standard

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 18 years

    Eligible to work in the UK

    Minimum Powerboat Level 2

    Remuneration:

    Hourly rate

  • Position:

    Shift patterns available – 2 to 5 hours

    May – September

    Role Summary:

    Boat maintenance – cleaning and maintaining boats to a high standard

    Customer service – meet and greet customers, helping people in and out of boats

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 16 years

    Eligible to work in the UK

    Powerboat Level 2 advisable
